Perfect match for a short interlude in Cocoa Beach with excellent value for money. Close to the beach.

Pool open late, heated main pool, bar by the pool, fully equipped kitchen, beach access.
Felt very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

the rooms have been upgraded since we had been there last. very nice! ! the big room we got was 2 rooms converted to one and did have 2 bathroom which was nice for my family of six. and it had a mini full kitchen so we were able to prepare our own food. despite being outdated, it appeared clean.
Less concrete and more plants for a really nice timeshare place 🌿
